Suburban Escape

A very happy stay! Positive: This unit was clean and tidy and provided for all our needs. A well thought out home with lovely finishing touches. A great location. We didn’t meet the hosts but Thank you 🙏 Negative: We couldn’t get the tv onto the channels but we are not very technical with new appliances.

Nice place , good bed and bathroom, laundry facilities. Need to sort out booking procedure Positive: The agent asking us to cancel within minutes of booking thru booking.com was confusing. Then demanding our ID, and copy of our credit card when we didn’t know who they were and we were enroute was awful. They also wouldn’t give us the passcode to gain access to the property. Kitchen needed more basics to use it Wifi stopped after 1st day so no phone, computer, tv or Netflix access. Neighbours were very noisy so couldn’t sit outside in 38 degrees Needs a ceiling fan in bedroom as old air con unit too noisy. Smartstaywa need to improve communication as they did not respond to wifi issue (I needed it to pay wages) Booking.com were great on check in day to reassure us who smartstay were but I was willing to cancel at last minute due to stress.

Would use again Positive: Near the city, simple accomodation with everything we needed Negative: Quiet suburban area but noisy neighbours in the complex
